MicroStrategy today announced that Monster Government Solutions, a business unit of Monster Worldwide, has selected MicroStrategy to support a new module of QuickHire, its enterprise hiring management solution. QuickHire utilizes the Internet to allow government HR professionals to build and post vacancy announcements and develop online questionnaires to help them evaluate and hire the best candidates.

Monster Government Solutions selected MicroStrategy to develop a new business intelligence module for QuickHire, which is used by more than 100 government agencies. The new module will allow Monster Government Solutions’ customers to easily create, view, and distribute reports on critical human capital initiatives such as the 45-day hiring model and race and national origin reporting.
